Terms of Service for NuraML, INC

Welcome to NuraML, INC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operating under the brand name nura. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all applications, APIs, platforms, and tools developed and hosted by NuraML, INC (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any NuraML Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use any Services provided by NuraML, INC.

Each individual application may present additional product-specific terms. Where conflicts arise, those specific terms will control only for the particular product.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Services solely for their intended and documented purposes. Unauthorized use—including misuse, reverse engineering, or circumvention of access controls—is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the integrity or security of any NuraML-hosted system.
  • Use the Services to commit unlawful, deceptive, or malicious acts.
  • Violate third-party rights or introduce harmful content into the platform.

2.3 External Integrations & Experimental Features

  • Third-Party Authentication: If you link external services, you do so at your own risk. You are solely responsible for securing any linked accounts, credentials, and external data.

  • Experimental Tools & Beta Features: Some Services may include pre-release or experimental functionality. These features are provided as-is, may change without notice, and are not guaranteed to be stable or secure.

3. Availability & Access

3.1 "As Is" Basis

All Services are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. NuraML, INC makes no guarantees about uptime, performance, or compatibility.

3.2 Interruptions & Maintenance

We may suspend or limit access to Services at any time for maintenance, updates, or due to unforeseen outages. We are not liable for any resulting damages or data loss.

3.3 Access Control

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or revoke access to any user, at our discretion, for behavior that violates these Terms or harms platform integrity.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

4.1 User Content

All content, code, and media you upload or generate via the Services (“User Content”) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate the Services on your behalf.

4.2 Ownership & Branding

All NuraML-owned trademarks, software, visual elements, and assets—including the nura brand—remain the exclusive property of NuraML, INC.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • NuraML, INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and redundancies.
  • NuraML, INC disclaims liability for any misuse, third-party access, or user-generated content.

6. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted via our platform or communicated via email or product interface. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any or all Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or activity that compromises our infrastructure or users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal disputes will be resolved in courts located in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
