One of the biggest bottlenecks in building products is securing the manpower—both for initial development and long-term maintenance. This typically requires funding to hire talent, and time to find the right people.
With our mission of becoming (and remaining) the world’s smallest applied technology company, we've started building tools to support both our current and future products.
Vibe-1 is the first tool we’re releasing in pursuit of this mission—offering an asynchronous, agent-driven coding experience directly from your browser.
We’ve spent time thinking about the future of programming—and what the experience of building a product could look like.
At a high level, we draw parallels to traditional software teams, where the role of managing developers can now be handled by a single person.
The flow looks like this:
This also enables existing software teams to augment their workforce simply by connecting their Vibe-1 account to GitHub.
For our MVP, we’ve integrated GitHub, enabling coding agents to run in parallel directly within a codebase. We’ve also leveraged the issues tab in GitHub repositories for task creation, with more integrations coming soon.
Below is a short demo that outlines the basics of how to get up and running with Vibe-1.
